典型的心理问题
这个恐怕得找专门的心理医生来医治了，不过确实这样去医院相当尴尬
不过楼主还年轻，要不试试憋尿，等实在憋不住时再去厕所，看看能不能在有人时解决掉
不过这招对身体相当有害，只能偶尔试试，最好还是去医院，或者想想自己有没有别的类似的问题，以避免尴尬
