影片简介：

　　近未来的日本，政府颁布了名为《媒体良化法》的法令。其目标在于约束管理媒体扰乱社会风纪的不良行为，并允许特殊机关对违反该法的媒体诉诸武力。但是在过去的这些岁月里，仍然有许多勇敢的人为了言论自由奔走呼告，从而献出自己的生命。而旨在保护被“良化法”定为有害读物的书籍、保障百姓阅读自由的图书馆自卫组织图书队正是其中的佼佼者。历经严苛的训练和考验，年轻女孩笠原郁（荣仓奈奈 饰）正式成为图书队的一员。高中时代，郁曾遭到媒体良化队员的粗暴对待。关键时刻，一名日后被郁称为“王子殿下”的图书队员帮她解围，这一事件成为她加入图书队的重要原因。

       军衔为二等图书正的堂上笃（冈田准一 饰）担任新队员的教官，他作风干练，行事严厉，同时还拥有迷人的气质。经过一番艰苦磨练，表现出众的郁光荣成为令所有队员都憧憬万分的图书特殊部队的成员，并分在了堂上教官的麾下。在堂上班长、副班长小牧干久（田中圭 饰）、一等图书士手冢光（福士苍汰 饰）和业务部图书馆员柴崎麻子（栗山千明 饰）的环绕之下，郁不断积累学习图书馆业务以及相关的专业知识。残酷的战争洗礼让郁和堂上班长的信任不断加深，而她也终于发现了堂上就是“王子殿下”这个事实。

       这一日，图书队接到一项重要的任务，那就是担任《图书法规要览》的安保工作。这本书即将在“艺术祭典”上展出，目前世界范围内仅有一本幸存，作为自由的象征其无形价值弥足珍贵，此外更是图书队存在的根本经典。因此，图书队为了这本书煞费苦心，安保级别前所未有。与之相对，良化队则磨刀霍霍，试图对图书队以及“违禁书籍”予以致命一击。而在这一过程中，手冢光的哥哥——效力于文部科学省手冢慧（松坂桃李 饰）则为他的“未来计划”精心布下了险恶狡猾的陷阱，耐心等待猎物上钩。凭借一腔热血为了自由而战的图书队，他们的命运将何去何从？

花絮

·本片根据有川浩超人气系列小说“图书馆战争”改编，迄今累计销量超过600万册。该作品创意最早来自有川浩的丈夫偶然发现的《图书馆自由宣言（図書館の自由に関する宣言）》（1954年颁布）。

·作品中的年号“正化”，是当年裕仁天皇驾崩后、明仁天皇即位时的备选年号之一，除现用的“平成”外，另一个落选的年号为“修文”。

·影片在日本国内323块银幕同时公映。第一部于2015年上映，最终票房达17.2亿日元。续集的企划从前作上映时就已着手准备。

·本片有幸成为首部采用杜比7.1技术的日本本土电影，该技术此前被《环太平洋》《星际迷航》等好莱坞巨制所应用。

·为配合影片上映，TBS电视台于2015年10月5日播放了SP《图书馆战争 Book of Memories》。该片与电影片同期拍摄，松坂桃李、中村苍、土屋太凤等新演员均在SP中登场，时间线设在前作的半年后。

·原作中堂上教官几乎没有徒手格斗的戏码，不过因为其饰演者冈田准一持有格斗教练资格证，所以剧组人尽其才，给他安排了不少近身格斗戏，田中圭和福士苍汰都对冈田的健硕体魄和威严感到折服。

·松坂桃李是续集和SP中新登场的人物，为了让他尽快熟悉《图战》的世界观，剧组专门为他播放了冈田准一执导图书特遣队训练的录像。

·剧组宣传再出新招，在《图书馆战争2》放映前后，日本知名的纪伊国屋书店旗下66家连锁店的店员都将穿上印有“关东图书队纪伊国屋支部”字样和领带图案的T恤为影片造势，总店更有图书队制服展出。

·虽然外表阳刚，但冈田准一被剧组一致认为是容易害羞的人。试映会上一提及片中的恋爱话题他就羞得连耳朵都红起来，之后还“指摘”荣仓奈奈当天礼服有点儿过于暴露，言语中散发着属于恋人的醋意。

·前期拍摄中，松坂桃李曾提议对冈田准一施展“壁咚”，并为此等待冈田长达5个小时，最后也没拍成。在影片完成见面会上，冈田解释因为当天拍摄太累最后给忘记了，他为此事向松坂道了歉。

·演员们一直指责冈田是训练狂人，福士苍汰称简直超出了我们所能承受的范围了。冈田不以为然，反驳“在仙台拍摄时，分明是田中圭和福士来到我的房间，信誓旦旦表态要求好好参加训练的！”

·图书队的演员们日常都用LINE的群交流心得，福士苍汰看完样片后曾在LINE中惊呼感叹的要哭。松坂桃李则表示“很孤独”，既没能和大家一同训练，甚至连LINE的群也没让加入过。

·关东图书基地总司令仁科严的前任稻岭和市在“日野恶梦”事件中去世，有川浩称对剧组唯一的要求就是稻岭的照片必须采用和她有过交流讨论的资深演员儿玉清的照片。儿玉清于2011年去世，享年77岁。

·导演佐藤信介已经确定将担任《***2016》的导演。

看过第一部，说实在的，日本很多电影都是将现实中的问题扩大化了，然后再反面去描写的，这部图书馆战争，将取缔不良书刊的事情扩大到“媒体良化法”上，描述了几乎取缔所有书籍的一个场面。太激进了。这个手法我感觉和之前的大逃杀差不多，也是把不良少年的问题扩大化了。让一群不良人自相残杀。
